When is a game "OK"?

Many people tend to believe, once they're good at a game the game is just the way it should be.
Some people believe, the only changes that should be made to anything should be small changes.

In any case, when is a game "Ok"
-Completely Balanced?
-Completed Graphics?


This is my opinion of when a game is ok
-When players vote it is

The concept is simple
-Have game rooms that can be easily entered into and out of.
-One will have extreme this or extreme that
--If people don't like the room, that means it needs to be fixed up a good amount


Aspects that should be noticed
-The Speed of Re entering Combat Scenarios-SHould be by every players choice
--Chases-One player does not want to enter combat, the other wants to enter combat with the player (Seeking to get out of sight)
--Suprises-The suprised player will be hit before he sees what hit him. (Entering combat while out of sight)
--Straight out combat-You see your opponent, and your opponent sees you. And you both what to be in the combat scenario (Entering combat while in sight)
--Safety-When it appears no players are around, you have your choice to; Look for players or prepare something else
--Safegaurds-With Forethought, people can prevent unwanted interaction from occuring. (Chases, Suprises or Straight out Combat)
--
-Knowledge of where other players are
-A way to move in and out of these scenarios well

The Idea of sight means people can move in and out of mind and motivation
-Once your within someones sight, They have a tangable idea of how to come after you.
-If your out of sight, they do not know you exsist so they don't know how to come after you.

When I say sight, I mean sense, any type of sense

The way the Combat or whatever it is works is based upon the game maker. However, the way players interact when entering and exiting a battle
